NASA released the news of the tenth planet discovery in July 29. According to the latest news, this new planet is as large as Mars and may have ice in its surface.
"It's certainly to be the tenth planet," said Dr.Atkinson, the scientist in Scanblurd Observatory of Hawaii, "and it may have ice cover polar."
