NASA annouce a new plan to build a moon base.
The annouce man said NASA has increase the budget to 300 millon dollar, to build a new type rocket which can support a 12-man flight to the moon. If everything goes well, the americans will set their foot on the moon again in around 2007. Also, if the plan succeed, NASA will add another 300 millon dollar to budget for a larger moon base which can supply a mars-man-flight.
