Minor Planet Center published the orbit of 2006 KY38 (LUSS-38), it's a Mars-crosser (q=1.44), but with flag of "E-assumed", the orbit could be an approximate one. It's still possible that this object is a near-earth object, for the residuals in the third night is large. Further observations needed.
